Bachelors Degree
Reference may be given to those applicants who have good knowledge of insurance marketing and also those who posses Masters Degree in Bussiness Administration in Marketing or post Graduate diploma in Marketing from a University in India
Experience :
Employee Category : Not less than 3 years of service after confirmation in class III post.
Agents Category : Not less than 5/4 years as an agent
Other : prefence would be given to candidates who have least 2 years experience in life insurance industry.
Pay Scale :
During the apprentice period, the candidate select as Apprentice Development Officer will be paid a fixed amount as stipend per month At present the amount of stipend is about Rs 34,503 permonth
On appointment as a Proationary Development office, basic pay of 21865 / per month the scale of 21865- 1340 (2)-24545 1580 (2)-27705- 1610(17)-55075/-
Age Limit :
SC/ST Candidates : Rs.50/-Plus Transaction Charges
Other Candidates Rs 600/-Plus Transaction charges
Selection Process :
Selection of Apprentice Dvelopment Officer from open Market Category will be done through two phase examination
Phase- I : Preliminary Examination
Phase II : Main Examination
Selection of Apprentice Development Officer from Agents & Employee Category will be done through single phase examination .
